1. General Terms
1.1 These Terms & Conditions regulate the legal relationships arising from the sale and purchase of goods in the webshop www.stickymood.ee operated by STICKYMOOD OÜ, registry code 17217560.
1.2 In addition to these terms, legal relationships arising from purchases in the STICKYMOOD webshop are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia.
1.3 By using the webshop, including the processing of personal data specified in these terms, the Buyer confirms that they have read, agreed to, and will comply with these Terms & Conditions.
1.4 STICKYMOOD reserves the right to amend or supplement the Terms & Conditions and price list without prior notice. Changes take effect from the moment they are published on the website www.stickymood.ee.
1.5 The sales agreement enters into force once the payment amount has been received in the STICKYMOOD webshop bank account.
1.6 All prices displayed in the STICKYMOOD webshop are in euros and include VAT.
2. Products and Placing Orders
2.1 Products can be purchased in the STICKYMOOD webshop by clicking the “Add to Cart” button.
2.2 The Buyer may select size, color, model, or other options on the product page before adding the item to the cart.
2.3 The Buyer may change quantities and remove products from the cart until the order is confirmed by clicking the “Checkout” button.
2.4 To place an order, the Buyer must enter the required information and click the “Place Order” button.
2.5 The order is considered completed after clicking the “Place Order” button.
2.6 An order confirmation and invoice will be sent to the email address provided by the Buyer.
2.7 Product prices and availability may change without prior notice. If the Buyer has submitted the order before the change, the valid price at the moment of order placement applies.
2.8 Product prices shown on the product pages do not include the delivery fee valid in the Republic of Estonia.
2.9 Delivery fees are added according to the delivery method selected during checkout. Delivery options and costs are shown in the shopping cart and on the product page.
2.10 If a discount code is available, the discount is applied after entering the code in the shopping cart.
2.11 Purchases made in the STICKYMOOD webshop are paid based on the invoice sent to the Buyer’s email. The sales agreement enters into force once the payment is received in the STICKYMOOD OÜ bank account within 24 hours after order confirmation.
3. Withdrawal from the Sales Agreement
3.1 STICKYMOOD has the right to withdraw from the sales agreement and not deliver the ordered goods in the following cases: the product is out of stock; the product price or characteristics were displayed incorrectly in the webshop due to a system error.
3.2 If STICKYMOOD is unable to fulfill the order, the Buyer will be informed via phone or email within 7 working days after placing the order. Any advance payment made by the Buyer will be refunded within 3 working days unless otherwise agreed.
4. Delivery to the Buyer
4.1 STICKYMOOD delivers products within Estonia.
4.2 Products are delivered via SmartPOST parcel machines, Omniva parcel machines, Cargobus pickup points, or courier delivery. Cargobus courier delivery is used for products that do not fit into parcel machines. The Buyer bears all delivery costs.
4.3 Delivery fees:
Itella SmartPOST parcel machine — 3.2 EUR
Courier delivery to home — 5 EUR
Product pickup at a pre-agreed time — 0 EUR
4.4 STICKYMOOD fulfills orders and hands them over to postal services no later than two weeks after order confirmation. Estimated delivery time is 3–5 working days. Maximum delivery time is 10 working days.
5. Payment Information
5.1 Purchases made in the STICKYMOOD webshop are paid based on the invoice sent to the Buyer’s email. The sales agreement enters into force once the payment amount is received in the STICKYMOOD OÜ bank account within 48 hours after order confirmation.
5.2 The webshop accepts payments through Swedbank, SEB, Luminor, LHV, and Coop Pank internet banks. Payment must be made immediately after placing the order. If STICKYMOOD cannot fulfill the order, the Buyer will be informed within 2 working days and any advance payment will be refunded within 3 working days unless otherwise agreed.
5.3 The webshop also accepts Visa and MasterCard payments. The same payment and refund conditions apply.
5.4 Payments can also be made via Inbank, which allows Estonian customers to pay for purchases between 75–1500 euros in installments or the following month. The application process is digital and the response is received within minutes.
5.5 STICKYMOOD OÜ is the controller of personal data and forwards the personal data necessary for processing payments to Maksekeskus AS.
6. Submitting Claims and Returning Goods
6.1 After receiving the order, the Buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase made in the webshop within 14 days.
6.2 Returned goods must be unused, with labels intact, and returned in the original packaging. If the returned item is damaged, the Buyer must compensate for the decrease in value.
6.3 Personalized products cannot be returned according to §53 section 4 of the Law of Obligations Act. These include birthday posters, name stickers, wallpapers, and other custom-made products. Products may only be exchanged if defective or incorrectly produced by STICKYMOOD. To request an exchange, the Buyer must submit an application including the order number, purchase date, buyer’s name, product name, and payment information. The application must be sent to hello@scandicbee.ee. If the Buyer wishes to exchange the product, they must additionally indicate the details of the replacement item and the reason for the exchange.
6.4 The Buyer must return the goods within 14 days after receiving them or provide proof that the goods were handed over to the carrier within that period.
6.5 Refunds for returned products are made within 14 working days after the returned goods arrive at STICKYMOOD OÜ. Refunds are transferred to the same bank account from which the payment was originally made.
7. Liability
7.1 The webshop www.stickymood.ee and the Buyer are liable to each other for damages caused by violation of these Terms & Conditions according to the laws of the Republic of Estonia.
7.2 STICKYMOOD is not liable for damages caused to the Buyer or for delays in delivery if the damage or delay was caused by circumstances beyond STICKYMOOD’s control and could not have been foreseen (force majeure).
